A gentle, mid-week yoga practice to reset and refresh the body, mind and spirit as you prepare to gracefully enter the latter half of your week. Practice begins with a gentle flow, aimed at stretching, expanding, and mild strengthening of the whole body. Class will end with a 15-minute guided meditation leading us gently into Savasana.
