When you are experiencing thoughts that are causing you anxiety, frustration, or increase in depression, it can be overwhelming. These are crisis teams that provide mobile psychiatric evaluations, crisis interventions, stabilization, and support for those that are experiencing psychiatric distress (i.e. suicidal thinking, unhealthy behaviors, or symptoms and presentation that are of concern to those around you). They are also available 24/7, 365 days a year and come to you wherever, and whenever you need them! Talk to your primary care doctor | Make an appointment or call your doctor to discuss how you are feeling and ask about recommendations.
