Nutrition & Whole Health Solutions does NOT accept health insurance

Cash, credit cards (MasterCard, Visa & Discover) and checks are accepted for payment

A credit card must be put on file to reserve all appointments

All packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and expire after two years

A $30 fee will be assessed for all returned checks

Only UNOPENED supplements/products that were originally purchased at NWHS can be returned for retail credit within 30 days of purchase

No double discounting with special offers

A missed or cancelled appointment without a minimum of 24-hour notice, will be charged the full price of the visit. If you need to reschedule, kindly contact the office at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
