Mindful Monday Flow with Stephanie Smith

Ease into your week with this relaxing, intentional and mindful practice. We’ll begin with a 45-minute yoga flow to release and soften any tension in your body, then transition into restorative movements and end with a beautifully uplifting 15-minute meditation. You’ll leave feeling more at peace and fully ready to take on the rest of your week!
