Meditation takes your healing to the next level. Krissy will guide you through a 15-minute meditation every week to introduce deep breathing into your everyday routine, calm your nervous system, and learn the basics of relaxing your body and mind as you meditate. If you’ve never meditated before, this is the perfect place to start!
