Join us online for a slow flow yoga class! Krissy has a passion for mental health awareness and giving people a safe space to feel and heal. She found this through her own practice and brings that to all her classes. You will be guided through gentle, slow movements and a meditation to release and let go.

This gentle, calming class is for all levels. All you’ll need is a yoga mat!
