Mindfulness Yoga Workshop with Stephanie Smith, RYT

Close out Spring and welcome in Summer 2022 with this relaxing, intentional and mindful practice and yoga workshop. We’ll begin with a 45-minute yoga flow to release what no longer serves you and soften any tension in your body, then transition into restorative movements and end with a beautifully uplifting 15-minute meditation to welcome in all that you want to attract this Summer 2022. You’ll leave feeling more at peace and fully ready to call in your desires for this new season ahead!
