At NWHS, we help to support and guide our clients to examine their health and heal their bodies by encompassing the 5 Elements To Whole Health.

You, your health, your current symptoms, weight and or medical conditions you have been diagnosed with are based on so much more than your diet, exercise routine and or what vitamins you take or don’t take. You are a WHOLE person and in order to achieve your goals with coming here, we invite you to examine your health on 5 levels to bring about optimal healing and results that last.

This is not a quick fix or “one diet fits all” natural healthcare practice.  You are unique: your body, life experiences, current health status, emotions, lifestyle, taste buds, etc. are all one of a kind. Our goal and mission is for you to learn how your body manifested these symptoms and or imbalances you are currently experiencing as well as to understand the path to help get you to your goals and to more of a balanced state of health that is sustainable. We are here to educate, inspire, support and motivate you to feel your very best, from the inside out.

The below 5 Elements are lifestyle factors that always have affected your health and will continue to affect your health. It is important to examine your life and these 5 factors to bring about optimal healing and help to accelerate you to your goals you wish to attain with coming to NWHS.

What Are The 5 Elements?

PHSYICAL

The physical aspect of our health involves the health of our organs and how they are functioning, DNA influences, injuries, the health of our structural body, bones, muscles, weight, hormones, immunity, sleep patterns, body fat percentage, under or over exercising/level of physical exertion. Nutrition Response Testing “NRT” and Microcurrent help to support our physical health and well-being.

NUTRITIONAL

What have you been getting too much of or not enough of throughout your life on the nutritional level? Level of consumption of processed foods, sugar, hidden food allergies, proper macronutrients and micronutrients. Our Nutrition Coaching Program and Nutrition Response Testing “NRT” help to support our nutritional health.

ENVIRONMENTAL

The types of toxins we are exposed to: both physical (harmful chemicals in food/beverages and cleaning products), as well as stressful people and our situations in our lives. The environment we live in exerts one of the most critical influences on the quality and quantity of life we live. Air, water, weather, noise, pollution, energetic emissions, politics, war, economics are some of the many environmental issues we can face. Nutrition Response Testing “NRT”, Nutrition Coaching and Ionic Detox Footbaths help to support our environmental health.

EMOTIONAL-MENTAL

One’s conditioning, feelings, life experiences, stress levels, beliefs (and limiting beliefs), values and worldview help to create one’s overall emotional well-being. The balance of positive vs. negative emotions in one’s mind and body on a daily and weekly basis. Nutrition Response Testing, Microcurrent and Emotion Code help to support our emotional and mental health.

SPIRITUAL

Is different for everyone. For some it is religion, for other’s it is meditation, connecting to nature, yoga, etc. Spiritual and spirituality is different for everyone. How one views the universal order and what we fall back on when life presents it’s challenges and hardships. What we believe in and turn to for perseverance, support and to find peace. Spirituality is individualized to each person and we offer different books, workshops, specialty healers and Emotion Code to help support and nourish your spiritual health.
