Here are our favorite top 5 tips to naturally beautiful skin:
Disinfect/wash your cellphone weekly: We won't get into the amount of germs and makeup that lays on the surface of our phones - just please disinfect with natural cleaning wipes each week and thank us later!
Eat a variety of plants: nourishing your body with an array of vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients will help with proper cellular repair and feed your skin the nutrients it needs from the inside out.
Limit caffeine intake + up water: caffeine drains our body and water replenishes our cells - including our skin cells. One of the first skins of dehydration shows up on our skin because it is THAT important! Aim on at least half your body weight in fluid ounces of uncarbonated water per day, every day.
Nourish + heal your gut microbiome: handle all pathogens in the gut (parasites, bacteria, candida, etc.), restore healthy bacteria and probiotics. Eat a variety of gut healthy foods like fermented foods and add in garlic, oregano and grapefruit to help the bad bugs stay at bay.
Ensure consistent quality sleep: the less we sleep, the less cellular repair we get throughout our whole body - including our skin! Lack of sleep also raises stress hormones which wipes our "chi"/energy and life force. We all know how we look and feel when we are "drained!"
