Immune Boosting Smoothies

Ready to boost your energy levels and help support your immune system? These are our favorite go to smoothies packed with antioxidants, phytonutrients and more to help naturally boost your immune system. Great for a quick breakfast on the run or afternoon pick me up! All smoothies make 1 serving. 

Wild Berry Smoothie 

  • 1 cup of organic almond or coconut milk

  • ½ cup of ice

  • ½ cup of frozen blueberries

  • ½ cup of frozen blackberry’s

  • 1 cup of spinach

  • 1 scoop of organic greens or greens first

  • 1 tbs. of ground flaxseeds

  • 1 scoop vanilla vegan protein powder or collagen protein.

    Blend until smooth and serve. 

Carrot Ginger Smoothie

  • 1 cup of organic almond or coconut milk

  • ½ cup of ice

  • ½ cup shredded carrots

  • ½ cup of frozen pineapple

  • ½ tbs. of grated ginger

  • 1 tbs. of hemp seeds

  • 1 scoop vanilla vegan protein powder or collagen protein.

    Blend until smooth and serve with a dash of cinnamon on top.

Green Immunity Smoothie

  • 1 cup of organic almond or coconut milk

  • ½ cup of ice

  • ½ cup of frozen blueberries

  • ½ cup of frozen cherries

  • 1 cup of spinach

  • 1 cup of kale

  • 1 scoop of organic greens or greens first

  • 2 tbs. avocado

  • 1 scoop vanilla vegan protein powder or collagen protein.

    Blend until smooth and serve.
