Mind Body Alignment Flow with Krissy McNeill, RYT

Start your Friday mornings with us by aligning the mind and body through deep breathing techniques and a grounding yoga flow. We will increase the healing of our cells and bodies, improve the function of our minds, and lengthen our breath for more fluid movement throughout our body. All levels welcome!
