Chili Recipe

Serves 4
1 large onion
1 bell pepper
1 lb Grass fed Ground beef
1 can Kidney beans
1 can Black beans
2 – 8 ounce cans diced tomatoes
1 small can tomato paste
2 medium avocados
2 tbs chili powder
2 tbs cumin
salt, pepper

Saute onions and pepper in olive oil. Add in ground beef, cook until browned. Add in diced tomatoes, paste, and spices, bring to a boil. Let simmer for about an hour. Serve with 1/2 an avocado each. Enjoy!
