- 2 cups dairy free milk (unsweetened vanilla coconut/almond milk is delicious)
- 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1-2 tsps turmeric
- 1 dash of black pepper
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1/2 tbs ground ginger
- Pour coconut milk into the saucepan and warm for 2 minutes.
- Add in remaining ingredients for another 2-3 minutes.
- Stir and pour into a mug, drink and enjoy!
