4 Red Peppers
1 lb Ground Turkey
1 Tablespoon of Parsley
2-3 Cloves of Garlic
1 Large White Onion Chopped
Sea Salt & Pepper
2 Ounces of Raw Cheddar Cheese (Optional)
Saute garlic, onions and ground turkey. Add in sea salt, pepper and parsley.
Set aside and let cool.
Cut the tops of the red pepper off and slice in half the long way.
Stuff turkey mixture inside the peppers.
Optional – top with shredded raw cheese.
Bake in oven at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes or until pepper is cooked and soft.
Serve along side spaghetti squash.
